There is just nothing quite like the C1 Solid Axle Corvettes from the late 50’s.  They are probably the boldest and most handsome Corvettes of all time.  There were 9670 Corvettes produced in 1959.  This is one of 1846  283/270 HP Dual Quad cars. There were only 1542 Roman Red cars produced.  This is a ground up restored car.  We have been all over this car from one end to the other and it is as nice a  restored Corvette as we have ever seen.  Everything has either been replaced, rechomed or refinished.  The underside of the car is as nice as the top.  The frame is perfect.

The Engine runs flawlessly, the 4-Speed Transmission was recently completely gone through.  The car drives straight as an arrow on a near brand new set of period correct B.F. Goodrich Silvertown tires. All of the correct shielding is on the car.

The body is as flawless as we have ever seen and the repaint was done to what looks like NCRS Specs.  It was not “over-painted”… it looks very period correct.  All the body panels fit near perfectly.  The doors and hood fit as good as you will find on one of these cars.  Chrome was all redone and is outstanding

The car was recently inspected by an NCRS Judge for the C1’s and he said the car would most likely Top Flight with very little difficulty.

This car is ready for Show or Driving.  This is one of the nicest Dual Quad Cars you will find.  If you are in the Southern California are take the time to come and look at this car.  It has been completely inspected by our mechanics and is in perfect running order.  The car needs nothing.
