1953 Ferrari 342 America Speciale






0246/AL is a very famous and recognized Ferrari. This is the 4th coachbuilt Speciale built by Sergio Pinin Farina. It was one of the first left hand drive cars to come from the factory. It was the Geneva car show car also shown in Italy and Paris as well. The 342 from a historical perspective is one of the rarest of all production Ferraris built to date with only 6 produced. It used the Lampredi V-12 the same used in the F-1 cars of the day. The car was built for vey special client’s such as King Leopold III and Enzo himself. This car has been in a collection in Europe and has just made the trip over the pond here to the USA. It was voted Best Vintage Ferrari and Judges Choice at the Winter Park Concours. it is an automatic entry into all Milli and Vintage race events around the world.
