In 1969, Don Yenko in Canonsburg, PA was writing his own chapter in muscle car history. Using GM’s central office production order (copo), he was able to have 99 Chevelle’s fitted at the factory with the 427ci/425hp power plants. Once at his dealership the car received the SYC package, becoming Super Yenko Chevelle’s. This 1969 is a tribute to those original 99 of which less than 25 are known to exist today. This car had an extensive frame off, nut and bolt, rotisserie restoration to exhausting and exacting Yenko specifications. This was a very high dollar and labor intensive process to create this car and absolutely no expense was spared. This is an opportunity to own a “Yenko” Chevelle at a fraction of what an original would cost while still being able to enjoy how much fun these cars are and not being afraid to drive it. And driving these cars is what its all about. This car is true and correct in all aspects of the Yenko Chevelle’s and is detailed completely throughout. This is a total show car. There are none nicer or more correct than this car here. It is a flawless representative of true muscle car history.
