This 1967 Shelby GT500 is one fantastic example. 51,000 original miles on a rotisserie restored car. Legendary Cobra Automotive in CT restored the car to better than new standards at a cost of over 120,000 dollars. All receipts of restoration have been retained. The car is numbers matching and documented in the Shelby Registry, as well as being signed by Carroll Shelby with a certificate of authenticity and a letter from the Shelby Registry verifying the cars authenticity. Complete owner history from day one. An original white car with blue stripes, an original in board head light car and an original 4 speed car. The car is well equipped with power steering, power disc brakes, comfort weave bucket seats, Stewart Warner guages, 10 spoke aluminum wheels, and is in absolute concours condition. The car is laser straight. We have sold more than a dozen GT500’s and set the record for the most expensive one sold, I can say this is the nicest one we have offered. The car is so well tuned it fires right up immediately, holds idle and absolutely does not hesitate when you accelerate. The car is very fresh having been restored just 2 years ago and used very little since. Shelby’s have been increasing in value as of late and the end is no where in sight. I have seen cheaper Shelby’s available but I most certainly have not seen better ones. If you want a highly documented, over the top restored 1967 Shelby GT500, this is the best one around. 1967 was the last year these cars were actually manufactured by Shelby in California and not by Ford in Detroit.
